MEDIATION
Edwina aims to build people’s awareness and capabilities in disputes by uncovering and identifying needs which provides insight and enables them to create the best options in challenging, competitive or adversarial situations.
Edwina has mediated and negotiated in workplace disputes, franchise and is on the panel of mediators for the NSW Business Commissioner. She has provided mediation and negotiation services in many industries including construction, health and fitness, family business, real estate, food and retail, occupational health and safety and local government.
Edwina is a certified Mediator with LEADR and the Australian National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Negotiation at the Australian Catholic University. She has also completed programs in Community Consultation and Negotiation for Change and Leadership.
